Manufacturing

Situated in the heart of India, NCIL has one of the largest integrated, clean room manufacturing facilities, sprawling in 300,000 sq. ft. area. Each and every component required for the range of products is manufactured under one roof, thus ensuring quicker deliveries, stricter quality assurance measures and better flexibility to meet customers’demands.

Through a meleu of State of the art equipment, capable of delivering flexible specifications of components, a host of various technical textiles are possible.

Extrusion : We have four extrusion lines, capable of producing thin tapes to the thickest ones, provide flexibility of producing low to high gsm fabrics for various applications.

Weaving :Battery of Starlinger type circular looms, flat Sulzer looms in the offing delivers fabrics from narrow width to wider width upto 5.4 meters.

To meet the requirements of Beltings, Braided Cords etc., NCIL has world standard narrow width multiple head weaving and breading looms.

Knitting : Possibilities of warp knitted fabrics upto 5.5 meters, available from Karl Mayer looms,. capacities in this section are being enhanced to accomodate various products following under agrotech segment.

Assembly : For conversion of fabrics, belts etc. into various designs of products. NCIL has large group of cutting machines including Ultrasonic Cutters, form cutting & sealing, machines, Tock stitch, Chain stitch, over edge, sewing machines.

All the products are packed with highest standards of hygiene with capabilities to meet ISPM-15 palletizing norms.
