Mr. Kailaschandra S. Trivedi

Mr. Trivedi is graduate and has been leading the group to success and enviable growth since 1952. 

He has been instrumental in providing vision & values to the organization, by the virtue of which, the group ventured into various businesses like timber, steel, real estate, polymers and education.

Presently, he is the social face of the company, involving himself deeply into the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Mr. Sunil K. Trivedi
Managing Director

Mr. Trivedi is a graduate in chemical engineering from B.I.T.S., Pilani and holds a Postgraduate degree in business management.

He took the company straight to the export market in the era where most of the woven sack players were content to get steady margins on a " cost-plus "basis from the local market, which was protected & regulated.

This has given him two long-term advantages.

Exposure to the international market at an early stage has tuned him and the company to a continuous need for improvement in products to meet international competition, together with an understanding of such products, not available in the Indian market.

The building of a strong export distribution network, which is core strength of the company.

To cater to social concern he is also managing a Yoga Centre being attached to world renowned University, Bihar school of yoga.  He himself is a considered an authority on Yogic Sciences.

Mr. Pradhuman Sharma
Director, International Business

He is diploma in Textile engineering, a graduate in arts and master in arts and finance with a gold medal. He possesses 17 year of experience in the woven sack industry. He has risen from the level of shift-in-charge with NCIL and therefore has strong background and expertise of manufacturing process.

He has deep knowledge of import & export policy & procedures. He is also a visiting faculty with Indore University teaching postgraduate students, subjects like international business, import-export policy.

The company therefore has one of the best-known marketing man of the industry with a rare combination of expertise in import-export procedure.

Mr. Ashok Gupta
Director, Technical

He is a graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from B.I.T.S., Pilani. He has 20 years of experience in Technical textiles industry. He is Incharge of the factory. He has deep knowledge of FIBC manufacturing process and maintenance of extrusion and weaving machines.

Mr. Samrat Topadar
Director, Corporate & Legal Affairs 

He is a Science Graduate, has done MBA (Marketing) and LLB. He possesses very strong experience of managing the corporate-legal affairs.

Stationed at Delhi, he provides central point assistance to the Management in managing affairs related to Government and other institutions, covering all areas of legal operations of the Company.

Ms. Jyoti Dubey
Director, Finance

A management graduate with specialization in finance and HR, she has a career spanning over a decade. She started her career as a management trainee in Neo Corp International Ltd. in 1999. In a span of four years she enriched herself with working of key areas of a manufacturing unit. In 2003 and with a mutual understanding from Neo Corp International Ltd, she started her own manufacturing unit in the name of Saaj Plastic Industries (P) Ltd.

The synergy shared with NCIL ultimately led to the takeover of this company by Neo Corp. Today SPIL and Jyoti Dubey are working under the umbrella of NCIL.

She possesses a good proficiency in managing the overall corporate affairs. She has experience on a myriad of platform viz Finance, Human Resources, Strategic Business Planning, Debt Syndication etc.

Mr. Ashish Lapalikar
Vice President, R&D

He heads one of the most important department of NCIL. Apart from being a Q.A. Head, he is responsible for new projects, project coordination and business process reengineering.  He is certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2001 quality management system and holds green belt in Six Sigma implementation. .

He is a science graduate and also possesses a diploma in textile technology. He has been in textile industry for the last 18 yrs and has experience in quality system documentation, installing the quality system and conducting in-house training programme for personnel and staff.

Col. (Retd.) Nishit Kumar Mathur
Vice President, H.R. & Admin.

Colonel N. K. Mathur (Retd.) is an alumni of the Oak Grove School, Mussoorie who joined the Indian Army in 1978 after graduating from the Lucknow University. During his service of over 31 years in the Army, he held various Command and Staff appointments. He successfully commanded an artillery regiment in Operation VIJAY and Operation PARAKRAM in Kargil and J&K sectors. He has been a Deputy President of a Services Selection Board, has also served as Director Recruiting (Officer's Selection) at the Army Headquarters during which he was responsible for recruitment of officers for the Army as per the manning levels. He has also been involved in training junior to middle level officers of the Indian Army and friendly foreign countries at Army War College, MHOW. On super-annuation from the Army, he has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resource and Administration with NCIL.

Lieut. Shalabh Agrawal
Group I.T. Head

Lieut. Shalabh Agrawal is an Ex-Navy officer with vast experience in the fields of Information Technology, administration and man-management. He is also considered an authority on computer networks and has in-depth experience in IT field of nearly 18 years. He has been instrumental in designing and installation of networks with 10 – 150 terminals, multiple servers, wired and wifi connectivity, power systems, thin client technology. His interest in internet technology led to his gaining expertise in internet marketing and intricate subjects like SEO and SEM. He also has a passion for system analysis and software design. He has designed and delivered intricate and elaborate web applications for overseas as well as domestic clients through a team of developers.
